The strikes are happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government and not because of any issues at our school. Our teachers remain committed to our children and families and have not taken the decision to strike lightly.

We will be offering places to children in Y6 and those who are deemed to meet the criteria requested by the Department for Education that can safely be managed in school.

I understand that this situation may be frustrating, and ask that all members of our school community continue to treat each other with respect.
